Yesterday, OE Wheels filed a lawsuit in federal court for patent infringement against Wheel Pros, LLC. In the lawsuit, OE Wheels alleges that Wheel Pros willfully infringed OE Wheels’ US Patent No. D890,069, which OE Wheels markets as the 4P80. Below see US Patent as well as the allegedly infringing product sold by Wheels Pro’s Fuel Brand.
